The work
Following Esther’s viral 2013 TED talk, I co-founded Esther Perel Global Media with the intention to scale Esther’s cultural impact, and create a financially sustainable business.
In the early phase of the business, I wore many hats, including high level strategy, project management, publicity support, hiring, and team building. One of my first projects was pitching, producing, and launching Rekindling Desire, a digital course that has generated very strong financial returns since launch.
Later, acting as COO, Lindsay oversaw the launch of Esther’s New York Times best selling book THE STATE OF AFFAIRS (Harper Collins), helped develop and produce the highly acclaimed podcast franchise WHERE SHOULD WE BEGIN (Audible/Gimlet), provided crucial on-site support and editorial direction at keynotes such as SXSW and Summit Series, and played a crucial role in growing Esther’s speaking business 7x.
During the brand-building time they worked together, Esther’s total audience grew from 25k to over 850k. Today, Esther is widely considered the world’s leading thinker on the topic of human relationships.

During my time running Esther’s company she recieved top-tier publicity, a spot on the coveted New York Times Best-Seller non-fiction list, development and production of the award-winning podcast Where Should We Begin, an online community platform for therapists, a high-grossing evergreen online course, a robust team of contractors, a six-figure email list, the SXSW Interactive Speaker of the Conference Award-winner, and a social media community of over 400,000 people.
